WHEN I FINALLY STARTED LISTENING TO MY INNER WISDOM AND INTUITION ABOUT WHAT I ACTUALLY NEED AND WHAT’S GOOD FOR MY BODY, I REALIZED THAT WHAT I HAD SPENT YEARS SEARCHING EXTERNALLY FOR SOMETHING TO “FIX” ME- WHEN THE “FIX” WAS WITHIN ME ALL ALONG. IT WASN’T UNTIL I FINALLY TRUSTED MYSELF TO DITCH DIET MENTALITY AND HEAL MY RELATIONSHIP WITH MYSELF, THAT I REALLY BEGAN LIVING.

My journey to healing my relationship with myself, food and my body began 10 years ago. I stumbled into a yoga studio searching for a weight loss solution, and little did I know that that stumble would lead to my desired self-transformation.

I began to see that the “fix” was within me all along. Slowly, I finally committed to changing my mindset so I could change my life.
Yoga, meditation and mindset work gave me the tools to to believe in myself and with this confidence I was able to heal my relationship with food and my body.
It wasn’t until I finally trusted myself to ditch diet mentality and heal my relationship with myself, that I really began living.
When I stopped worrying about food and being consumed by societal pressures to “do” and “be”, I was amazed at the amount of time and mental capacity I gained. I gained my life back, my life that I had forgotten was even available to be living.
