Grow, half day retreat is for any woman looking to reduce stress and re-connect with herself through yoga, mindfulness, meditation and inner reflection.

Throughout this 4hr retreat, we will begin with a yoga and meditation practice that focuses on grounding and connecting to inner peace. We'll then move into discussion, self-reflection and journaling exercises that focus on looking at our thought patterns that cause stress and disconnect us from ourselves. We'll explore how thought patterns and belief systems can influence our mood, our confidence and the connection we have to ourselves and our intuition. We'll then discuss and practice a guided meditation that helps shift thought patterns, connect us to our own intuition and helps to strengthen the relationship we have with ourselves.

Yoga + meditation instructor, studio owner, women's coach and nurse, with the aspiration to empower women to confidently lead wholesome, aligned, and fulfilling lives.

Through classes, programs and retreats, I help women who have been guided by societal pressures for years and as a result have lost themselves along the way. Through yoga, meditation and various skills & practices, I help women step back into their power, learn to trust and love themselves again and finally start living with greater peace, empowerment and joy.
